Processing Time
- All items are made to order.
- Please allow time for payment to process and items to get shipped. Orders will be shipped Monday-Friday. If a custom request is made, it will delay turn around time by 3-4 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, not including weekends or holidays.
- Rush orders will receive an extra charge if order is placed within 24 hours of the deadline.
U.S Shipping: 3-10 Business Days
- Please ensure you have entered the correct mailing address to prevent delays. Pumphrey's Soaps & Things is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect address.
- Orders will typically ship USPS Ground Advantage unless the customer requests USPS Priority or Different Shipping Carrier. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. Estimated delivery dates are based upon information provided by the shipping carrier. For the most up to date information, please reference the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. Orders shipped Ground Advantage are generally delivered within 5-14 days. Orders shipped Priority are generally delivered within 2-5 days. Other shipping carriers delivery times will vary.
- We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but we can not guarantee any delivery by a certain time frame.
- We now offer Route Insurance. By deselecting package protection, We are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Pumphrey's Soaps & Things is not responsible for packages after they have been shipped.
